Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.
Submission Preparation Checklist
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Director).
- If the paper is to be presented by a student, registered at the conference, and that this student is willing to enroll in the Student Presentation Award contest, please make sure to type "Student Presentation Award" below in Comments for Technical Chair.
In order for authors to have their two-page article published in the conference proceedings, they must:
1. submit their abstract before the deadline and their abstract must be accepted by the Technical Chair;
2. submit their 2-page article before the July 15th deadline and their article must be accepted by the Technical Chair;
3. have their 2-page article accepted by the JCAA copyeditor; the article is to be submitted in PDF document file format. All URL addresses in the text (e.g., http://pkp.sfu.ca) are activated and ready to click. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in "About the Conference" above; and
4. register at least one of the authors for the AWC conference before July 15th. In the case where the submitting author is not registered for the conference, the name and email address of a registered co-author will be required.

Copyright on articles is held by the author(s).
