Reservation Procedures: AWC2022 delegates are responsible for making their own individual reservations. Reservations can be made directly by calling toll free at 1-888-870-3033 or through e-mail atreservations@sheratonhotelnewfoundland.com on an individual basis. Hotel Reservations is open Monday –Friday, 9:00 am –5:00 pm Newfoundland Standard Time.  Guests should identify themselves as members of the group, Acoustics Week in Canada 2022, in order to qualify for the contracted group rate of $179.00 per night.  A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking to guarantee a reservation. Reservations must be made by the reservation due date of August 29, 2022. If a reservation is not canceled 48 hours prior to arrival and the guest does not arrive as scheduled, a no-show fee of the first night room andtax will be billed to the credit card
