Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.
Submission Preparation Checklist
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Director).
- The submission file is in PDF document file format and has been prepared using the available Microsoft™ Word or Latex templates. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines of Canadian Acoustics journal. All URL addresses in the text (e.g., http://pkp.sfu.ca) are activated and ready to click.
- If the submission is to be presented by a student, registered at the conference, and that this student is willing to enroll in the Student Presentation Award contest, please make sure to To register to the competition, fill the online form here, by August 1st 2023.
- The submission source files (.doc/.docx Word document or .zip Latex archive) have been included as "Supplemental Material", at the time of submission, to ease the copyediting work.
- You or one of your co-authors must register for the conference by August 1st 2023 for your abstract and/or 2-page article to be published in the September proceedings issue of Canadian Acoustics. If no 2-page article has been submitted by August 1st, then the abstract will be included in the proceedings issue.
