Reservations

The hotel has set aside a block of rooms at special conference rates as shown in the table below.  These rates are available for reservations made until September 11^th, or until the block of rooms has been filled.  The conference rate will be honored two days prior and two days after the conference.  As of September 11^th the room block was 100% filled.

To obtain the rates, state that you are part of the “Canadian Acoustical Association” group or reference the group code: CAN101017_001.

To make reservations please call the hotel Reservations Department at 519-780-3700 or their Global Reservations Centre at 1-800-268-1133.   The hotel guarantees that customers booking reservations through a “Marriott Channel” (i.e., Marriott.com or Delta Guelph directly) will not find a lower publicly available rate on any other booking channel.

Taxes and fees are extra.  Rates are quoted in Canadian dollars.
